- Select Print in open document
- Select either internal or external printer
- Internal Studio and Workstation are for everyday printing
- Internal Workstation printer is located in the main workstation area by supplies
- Internal Studio is located by offices past the cafe area
Properties:
- Printer properties allows for more advance modifications
- From here you can change paper type, color options, ect.
- Default settings are letter size paper, black and white, Tray 4
- Drop down menus allow you to customize settings
- Click OK once you have desired settings
- Internal Paper Source
- Tray 2 is letterhead
- Tray 3 is legal
- Tray 4 is standard letter paper
