- Access voice mail by pressing VOICE MAIL KEY
- Press * followed by your EXTENSION NUMBER then PASSWORD and # key
Press 4 for PERSONAL OPTIONS MENU
GREETINGS- Press 1 then press 2 for ALTERNATE GREETING
Record your alternate message and following promptings to accept
To Revert Voicemail Greeting to Standard
