STARTING FROM THE SERVICE PORTAL
From the home page, select the first Forms & Contracts icon.
From here, you can choose to either open the Microsoft Teams program on your device or use the web app instead.
The pop-up window will open the program on your device. If you prefer to use the web app, then hit Cancel > Use the web app instead.
The program and webb app have the same content and functionality.
Go to Teams > Form Library > Files
STARTING FROM MICROSOFT TEAMS
Open the Microsoft Teams app on your computer by searching for Microsoft Teams.
Go to Teams > Form Library > Files
From here you'll be able to view and download documents in the sub-folders. Please note - documents are read only. You will need to download to your local device to edit and modify.
