Where can I find the final PDF for my listing?

There are two places where you can find the final PDF for your listing.

1. In the Bull Realty website under the listing's page
2. In the H-Drive, under the listing's folder 

BULL REALTY WEBSITE

If your listing is publicly accessible and uploaded onto the Bull Realty website, you can download the PDF directly from the website. 

1. Navigate to https://www.bullrealty.com/
2. Click on Properties in the upper right-hand menu
3. Type in the property's address in the main search bar
4. Click on the first button for the listing - it may be labeled Offering Memorandum, Sale Flyer, Lease Flyer or similar
5. This will open the PDF in a stand-alone document within your browser. If you're using Chrome, you will be able to download the PDF with the Download icon in the upper right-hand menu.
6. The marketing team will always have the latest public OM uploaded in the website

H-DRIVE LISTING FOLDER

The marketing team also keeps a copy of the final PDF in the company network on the H-Drive.

1. Go to the H-Drive > Listing > Current 
   1. If you are looking for the final PDF of a listing that expired, sold or other, then you may choose the respective sub-folder
2. Find your property's folder by address
3. Click on the third folder OM > !Final PDF
   1. The marketing team will always keep the latest version of the marketing materials in this folder
